Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information TightsLook ("we") handles when you use tightslook.com. If you have questions, email hello@tightslook.com.
Your body measurements stay on your device
We do not receive or store the body measurements you enter in the leg preview or the size finder (such as height, weight or other measurements). They are saved only in your own browser, on your device, so the site can remember them for you. They are not sent to our servers, and they are not included in web addresses, logs or analytics.
To delete them, use the “Forget my measurements” button next to the size finder, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Information we handle
- Basic request data: like every website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use it only for those purposes.
- Preference cookies: we set small functional cookies to remember your language and currency (USD or CAD). The currency default is derived from your country at the time of the request; the country itself is not stored.
- Email: if you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
- We do not ask you to create an account.
- If we add privacy-friendly analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy before doing so and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
Links to retailers
Some links take you to retailers' websites. When you click one, the retailer or an affiliate network may set cookies on their own site to record that you came from us. Their privacy policies apply to what happens on their sites.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, other U.S. states, Canada or Quebec), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email hello@tightslook.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Our privacy contact, including for Quebec residents, can be reached at hello@tightslook.com.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
